If you buy one of our products and after accepting the package, find that it doesn't meet your needs, simply send it back (at your expense) within 60 days of receiving it, and we'll refund the entire product cost within two days. To make sure we get it, contact us first so we'll watch for it, and use a low-cost method like UPS or Fedex Ground with tracking and insurance for the product value. Note that refusing a shipment or otherwise not receiving the package is not considered an acceptable reason for this refund. You must receive the product and try it out in order to return it for a refund.
